Real Galaxy is an online platform that facilitates connections between property owners, buyers, tenants, agents, builders, and service providers. Real Galaxy acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or arrangement between users of the Platform.
Real Galaxy does not own, sell, lease, or manage any properties listed on the Platform. All property listings, descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other details are provided by the respective property owners, agents, or builders and are their sole responsibility.
All property information displayed on the Platform — including but not limited to property descriptions, specifications, dimensions, area measurements, photographs, floor plans, pricing, amenities, possession dates, RERA registration details, builder information, and locality details — is provided by the listing party (property owner, agent, or builder). Real Galaxy does not independently verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currentness of any listing data.
Property prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. The display of any property on the Platform does not constitute an offer or recommendation by Real Galaxy. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all property details, conduct site visits, and seek professional legal and financial advice before entering into any property transaction.
The "RG Verified" or "Site Visited" badge displayed on certain property listings indicates that a representative of Real Galaxy has confirmed the existence of the property at the listed location and cross-checked basic details such as property configuration (BHK, number of rooms, approximate area). Where applicable, photographs may have been captured by our team during the verification visit.

Verification is valid for a limited period (typically 90 days) and may not reflect the current state of the property. Users must independently verify all legal, financial, structural, and regulatory aspects of any property before making any transaction. Real Galaxy accepts no liability whatsoever arising from reliance on the verification badge.
Real Galaxy may display profiles and listings from real estate agents, brokers, builders, developers, and service providers ("Network Partners") on the Platform. These Network Partners are independent entities and are not employees, representatives, or agents of Real Galaxy. Real Galaxy does not control, supervise, or direct the activities, conduct, or business practices of any Network Partner.

The listing of a Network Partner on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of their services. Users are advised to exercise due diligence, verify credentials independently (including RERA registration where applicable), and enter into written agreements before engaging with any Network Partner. Any transaction or engagement with a Network Partner is entirely at the user's own risk.
The Platform and all materials, information, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Real Galaxy expressly disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and completeness.
Real Galaxy does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any information on the Platform is accurate, reliable, or current; (c) any property listed on the Platform is available for sale or rent; (d) any transaction facilitated through the Platform will be completed successfully; or (e) any user or Network Partner on the Platform is trustworthy or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real Galaxy, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
In any event, the total aggregate liability of Real Galaxy for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Real Galaxy during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Real Galaxy strongly recommends that users do not make any payment or enter into any agreement solely based on information available on the Platform.
Real Galaxy is an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"). Real Galaxy merely provides a platform for users to interact with each other and does not initiate, select, or modify any information transmitted through the Platform. Real Galaxy shall not be liable for any third-party information, data, or communication link made available or hosted on the Platform, as provided under Section 79 of the IT Act.
In the event Real Galaxy is sought to be implicated or named as a party in any legal proceedings between users or between users and third parties, Real Galaxy reserves the right to recover all costs, legal fees, and damages from the party that names Real Galaxy in such proceedings.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real Galaxy, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in connection with:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and compilation of data — is the property of Real Galaxy or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
By posting, uploading, or submitting any content (including property listings, photographs, descriptions, and reviews) to the Platform, you grant Real Galaxy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and sublicense such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, process, share, host, and disclose your personal and non-personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you expressly and unconditionally consent to the following ("Deemed Consent"):
Your continued use of the Platform after any update to the Privacy Policy shall constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the collection, storage, processing, sharing, or hosting of your data as described herein and in the Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
This deemed consent is provided in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and any applicable data protection legislation in force in India.
Certain services on the Platform may require payment of fees ("Paid Services"). All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Real Galaxy reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be limited to the fees paid by the user for the specific Paid Service and shall be processed at the sole discretion of Real Galaxy. Real Galaxy shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss of business, or other losses arising from Paid Services. For free services, Real Galaxy undertakes no liability whatsoever.
Real Galaxy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or orders, wars, civil unrest, strikes, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, computer viruses, system crashes, server malfunctions, or any other events of force majeure.
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability. Real Galaxy will investigate suspected violations and may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations between the parties within thirty (30) days of written notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Real Galaxy has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Real Galaxy of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Real Galaxy may revise these terms of use for the Platform at any time without notice. By using the Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Users who are real estate agents or brokers must clearly identify themselves as such and must not pose as property owners. Posting duplicate, fake, or misleading listings is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Real Galaxy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including if you violate these Terms of Use.
